Hi, I'm Demetrios Vlassis, the founder of TifoMaker. I'm 24, based in Sofia, and half Greek, half Bulgarian. By day I work at a software development company.
I support Olympiacos, and I have always loved tifos and choreos. One day I went looking for an app to design them and couldn't find one. So I built it, and it became my university diploma project.
TifoMaker lets you build a stadium, upload an image or paint your design, map it onto every seat and preview it in 3D. Then you export a PDF with one page per sector, so your team on the ground knows exactly which seat gets which color. It saves organizers time, makes choreos possible at more stadiums and away games, and brings better organization on the day.
Since November 2025, TifoMaker has had more than 1,200 visits from over 80 countries, and more than 40 people have asked for access. No live event has used it yet, and I'm looking for the first pilot clubs to change that.
My goal is for TifoMaker to be used at big football matches and music events.
